Prosthetic Liners

Prosthetic Liners are worn on the residual limb next to the skin to act as an interface with the limb and socket.  Liners are made of gel and help to absorb sheer force or other pressures.

Prosthetic Liners come in a variety of styles, sizes and thicknesses.  They can be cushion or locking.  Locking liners come with a pin in the end to help hold on the socket.

Usually your prosthetist will pick out the style, size and liner that works for you.  Liners wear out after prolonged use and need to be replaced.

The liners found here have been tried and tested by our patients and are recommended by our certified licensed prosthetist.
